Which forms do I need to complete?
Approximately 3 months before your wedding date you will need to complete M10 and witness forms. These need to be completed no later than 29 days before the wedding. After your big day you have maximum of 3 days to have these returned to your Registrar so if you are having a honeymoon straight after the wedding make sure a trusted friend or family member can do this for you.
Which Registrar do I give my forms to?
This will depend on the location of ceremony. If in doubt check with your venue as they will have been asked this before.

TLC Faith is a small group of Celebrants based in Scotland with a belief system. We believe that marriage is not the domination of one or the other but exits for the benefit of both of you. Is the ceremony legally binding?
Yes, the ceremony is legally binding and can be performed almost anywhere you like within Scotland.
